Shipment
How long does it take to ship my goods after I order?
Our jewelry is handcrafted by our goldsmiths after your order and can therefore take 4-6 weeks to arrive. If the ordered product is in stock, we can ship it within 4-5 days.
How much are the shipping costs?
We currently only ship within Germany and Austria. Shipping and returns within Germany are free of charge. Shipping costs to Austria range from €45 to €70, depending on the insured value of the goods.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once we ship your package, you'll receive a personalized tracking number from us, which you can use to check the status of your shipment on the UPS website. Packages to Austria are shipped with DHL and also receive a personalized tracking number that you can check.
Is my jewelry insured?
Our shipping costs include insurance, so your jewelry is insured until the moment the goods are handed over.
Is a refund/return of my order possible?
Returns to us within Germany are free of charge. Please contact us at hello@thegoodbling.de for a return label. If you are not satisfied with your piece of jewelry, you can do so at any time within 14 days of receiving the shipment. However, for custom-made items and jewelry with personalized engravings, we can only issue a voucher. The item must be in its original condition and in perfect condition.
How do cancellations and returns work?
Please contact us at hello@thegoodbling.de if you wish to return or cancel your order. We will then send you a return label for you to print out for insured return transport. Within Germany, we ship our jewelry as an insured parcel via UPS. If you prefer to use a different provider, please note that we assume no liability in the event of loss. For returns from Austria or Switzerland, please use DHL.

Can I see TGB jewelry in person?
In Berlin, you can view the current collection in person at Juwelier Reuer . If you would like to meet us in person for a consultation, please feel free to schedule an appointment under the " Contact " section.
How can I find out my ring size?
If you don't have any rings to compare, you can order a free ring sizer from our shop. Because we want to conserve resources, we'll give you a €5 voucher to use towards your purchase when you return the ring sizer.
Can I have my ring size changed later?
If you need to change your ring size, you can contact us at any time at hello@thegoodbling.de . The deductible for shipping, handling, and resizing is EUR 50.00.
Can I have my jewelry engraved?
A personalized engraving according to your wishes is no problem. Please contact us in advance at hello@thegoodbling.de .
How can I clean my TGB jewelry?
We recommend thorough cleaning with a mild dish soap, as this will remove any major dirt and coatings from hand cream or makeup. Otherwise, you can always send your pieces to us for professional cleaning or have them cleaned for free at Juwelier Reuer in Berlin.
Can I have TGB custom-made jewelry?
One of our strengths is fulfilling individual requests. Write to us at hello@thegoodbling.de and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Does my TGB jewelry come with a warranty?
Yes, all our pieces come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This excludes damage due to wear and tear or improper cleaning. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions .
Can I return my jewelry?
If you're not satisfied with your piece of jewelry, returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Unfortunately, this isn't always possible for custom-made items.
Returns to us within Germany are free of charge. Please contact us for your return label. For returns of custom-made items and jewelry with personalized engravings, we can only issue a Zola voucher. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in perfect condition.
Our diamonds
Are lab-grown diamonds 'real'?
Lab-grown diamonds are physically and chemically identical to natural diamonds. They consist of exactly the same crystallized carbon as natural diamonds grown in the earth.
Are there lab-grown diamonds with different clarities, colors, and certificates?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are graded the same as natural diamonds and vary in color and clarity. Our stones always have a color of F/G and a clarity of FS1/SI. Diamonds weighing 0.30 carats or more come with an IGI (International Gemological Institute) certificate. Diamonds weighing less than 0.30 carats receive a certificate of authenticity from TGB.
Where does TGB's gold come from?
We use only recycled 18-karat rose gold, yellow gold, and white gold. We source the gold from a CO2-neutral refinery in Germany.
Where is TGB jewelry made?
Our production facility is located in Berlin. We value quality craftsmanship, traditional manufacturing, and short supply chains. Our proximity to our goldsmith enables us to reduce CO2 emissions, while also being close to the product at every stage of production. This allows us to cater to your individual needs. It is important to us to maintain a personal relationship with our producers to ensure that all ZOLA jewelry is manufactured to the highest quality standards.
